Perspective
Given the user difficulties that were arising in understanding the installation and operational maintenance of its environmentally friendly water hydraulic system, Danfoss Water Hydraulics required assistance to develop clear, concise communication of the most important precautions when using the technology. The aim was to make the customers more self-helping during installation and commencement of operation, and thus generate greater customer satisfaction.

The existing product information, which filled countless pages, was reduced to a three-flap folder in which the key information was reproduced visually, doing away with the need for further text.
