After a number of loops in the design process, with many function models and testing carried out in collaboration with the development team, various design and construction solutions could be documented.

Subcontractors working on the project were provided with documentation and parts lists and several prototypes were produced. Following a period of exhaustive set-up testing, final modifications could be made and approval given to start production.
