A development team consisting of Ã…rhus Central Library staff, Employees' Health Service representatives, the Centre for Accessibility and staff from 3PART kicked off the project by carrying out a number of user analyses of the work situation in existing first-generation facilities. Based on analysis of the staff workflow, user patterns and problems, many ergonomic requirements were added to the general requirement specifications and the work of developing a system consisting of a book dispenser, sorting functionality and a new book trolley could begin.
